Please contact us at least 5 business days before your next renewal date to ensure your cancellation is processed before your next payment. Once canceled, your plan will not renew, but your website will continue to receive care through the end of your current prepaid billing period. Because all plans are prepaid, payments are non-refundable and we do not offer full or partial refunds for unused time.
